Movement Snacks
Habit: Every hour set your alarm for 5 minutes of mindful movement.

Morning sunlight
Habit: Start your day by getting outside and viewing sunlight for 15
minutes.
Benefit: Increase your energy all day.
1st Hour No Phone
Habit: Don't use your phone for the first hour of the day.
Benefit: Creates creative energy and rewires the brain to be proactive.
Read, Write, Conversations daily
Habit: Either read, write, or have productive conversations every day.
Benefit: Improve your ability to speak and articulate your thoughts.
Walk 10,000 steps
Habit: Get enough exercise every day. 10k steps if you don’t train hard.
Benefit: Improve sleep and body health.
Relax, Being Stress-Free
Habit: Control what you can control.
Benefit: Better gains, less sickness, better sleep.
Breath Work 3x a day
Habit: Spend 5-10 minutes doing breath work 3 times a day.
Benefit: Lower overall stress levels (Cortisol).
Eat .85g of protein a day
Habit: eating .85g of protein per pound of body weight a day.

Use Carbs as Fuel
